Desander
High-Performance Desander for Drilling Fluid Solids Control
The Desander is a high-performance solids control unit designed to remove abrasive sand and medium-sized solids from drilling fluids during oil & gas, geothermal, water well, and HDD drilling operations. Serving as the second-stage solids control equipment, the desander effectively removes particles ranging from 44–74 microns, helping maintain drilling fluid quality and protect downstream equipment.
Equipped with high-efficiency hydrocyclones manufactured from premium polyurethane, the system delivers excellent separation performance while minimizing wear on mud pumps, pipelines, shale shakers, and other circulation equipment. Its robust carbon steel frame and corrosion-resistant coating ensure long service life under demanding drilling environments.
Available in multiple capacities and configurations, the desander can be equipped with optional bottom shakers, customized electrical systems, and international safety certifications, making it suitable for both onshore and offshore drilling projects.
