High-Performance Desilter for
Advanced Solids Control
Desilter System is a high-performance solids control unit designed to
remove fine abrasive solids from drilling fluids during oil & gas,
geothermal, water well, HDD, and mining drilling operations. Serving as the
third-stage solids control equipment, the desilter efficiently removes
particles ranging from 15–44 microns, helping maintain drilling fluid quality,
improve circulation performance, and protect downstream equipment.
Equipped with 100% polyurethane hydrocyclones, the system provides
excellent wear resistance, high separation efficiency, and long service life.
Its rugged carbon steel frame and abrasion-resistant coating ensure reliable
operation in demanding drilling environments while minimizing maintenance
requirements.
Available in multiple capacities and configurations, the desilter can be
supplied with optional bottom shaker screens, customized electrical systems,
and international certifications, making it suitable for both onshore and
offshore drilling projects.
