The Hunter240B
Mud Cleaner is a high-performance solids control system designed to efficiently
remove sand, silt, and fine drilled solids from circulating drilling fluids.
Combining hydrocyclone technology with a fine-mesh shale shaker, the unit
delivers two-stage separation for improved mud quality and reduced drilling
waste.
Equipped with
2 × 10" desander cones and 12 × 4" desilter cones, the Hunter240B
provides efficient solids separation down to 15–74 μm while recovering valuable
drilling fluids and weighting materials such as barite. Its rugged steel
construction, explosion-proof motors, adjustable deck angle, and large
screening area make it suitable for both onshore and offshore drilling
operations in harsh environments.
